Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid LogicStack Tools learning programs confirmed by invoice or written enrolment confirmation.
Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of fees paid. Cancellations inside 7 days of start are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where LogicStack Tools cancels the program.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (for example, our cancellation of a cohort, or your timely withdrawal). Late requests are reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refunds apply to timely withdrawals or programs we cancel without offering a suitable transfer date. Partial refunds apply to mid-window withdrawals as described above. If you have already accessed substantial downloadable materials in a self-paced path after the cooling-off window, we may deduct a materials fee disclosed on your invoice.
Non-refundable items
Atlas Retain quarterly fees already commenced, third-party venue costs itemized separately, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked non-refundable on the invoice remain non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@logicstack-tools.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within five business days and confirm the outcome in writing.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days using the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer to a Malaysian account you nominate if the original method cannot be reused.
Cancellation by LogicStack Tools
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date at no charge or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandated travel restrictions may qualify for transfer or goodwill credit outside the standard windows. Abuse of the policy (for example, repeated last-minute withdrawals across cohorts) may result in refusal of future enrolments.
